Detailed and reliable processes
Whether you are entirely new to outsourcing, or you have some experience, a partnership with me is a solid investment for sustainable growth and improved personal health.
Depending on the actual needs of your project, these are the usual steps involved in the UI/UX phase.
Your clients’ WordPress website is developed on Vultr High Frequency servers from Cloudways. Your project is assigned a codename such as PROJ-XYZ and is assigned as sub-domain on my white label development URL (proj-xyz.buildingwebsites.co.uk).
Each website is built with Elementor Pro and a professional stack of industry plugins, which are left licensed and activated after launch saving you and your client from buying pro plugins.
Final revisions and tweaks are made to the pages and their contents. This is your last chance to make revisions, so be sure to get them all in now.
Before the site can be launched I run my manual visual and functionality testing checks to ensure forms, buttons, anchors, hyperlinks, responsiveness and much more are all working correctly.
Pre-launch WordPress steps are performed such as un-hide the site from search engines.
If you’d prefer I launch your clients’ website on your behalf I’d be happy to do so. I have to login and re-activate premium plugins at some point so it makes sense for me to be involved in deployment as well.
Once your clients’ website is live, and you’re the key administrator, my work is done. Though, should you require assistance I’ll be happy to support you free of charge for the first 30 days.
There are obvious limitations to this, such as:
- Going beyond the agreed scope of work.
- Fixing design and functionality that was broken by you or your client.
For everything else, I’ll gladly lend a hand and make you look great in the eyes of your clients.
